Full course description
This course covers areas that are high priority for donkey welfare, due to the morbidity and mortality of the conditions addressed.
Each module will cover the chosen topics using case examples, best practice and treatment options.
The vet department receives requests from external vets about common donkey conditions, and the areas chosen are high priority, commonly seen conditions. We have data from our own herds that indicates the conditions chosen are seen often. The course will enable in depth look at topics covered briefly as advice calls and in vets school lectures to students.
Real life scenarios will be looked at using a variety of methods- written, spoken, video, interviews.
